2004年12月07日火曜日 大根ジューカリサラダ （しずみん食日記）
トマトは種をとって小さめのさいの目に刻む。
大根とトマトを混ぜて冷やしておく。
しょうゆ・酢・レモン汁・はちみつ・オリーブオイルでドレッシングを作り、冷やしておく。
冷えた野菜に冷えたドレッシングをかける。
にんにくの薄切り・ちりめんじゃこ・ごま油を弱火にかけ、にんにくとじゃこがカリカリに揚がったら。野菜の上からじゅっとかける。 おしまい。
どことなく冷やし中華風味のサラダ。熱いおかずの時にうれしい。
